If you mean what do “pretty girls” look for you have to keep in mind that it depends on the girl! Most girls like a good sense of humor (making a girl laugh is underestimated, like really, it gives you so many points) - plus being somewhat polite and just a good person all around is a good idea- but because you SHOULD BE.
My one piece of advice for universal use would be never become douche-y to seem “interesting”. It just ends up hurting people of making them confused. Whatever you are naturally- funny, smart, creative, academic, sporty, music-y, artistic, friendly- STICK to it, become more yourself: more open. It’s reassuring when you see a guy who’s just himself and GENIUNELY true to what he is no matter who he’s around.
Don’t care so much about becoming what the girl needs but making what you already are what she wants. That’s much better ;) good luck! (And thank you for being so sweet, really).
